Postsecondary operating systems and BPPE readiness

Make the work easier to run, review, and improve.

We design and implement connected systems for admissions, records, compliance evidence, and reporting. We also help California private postsecondary schools identify and correct BPPE readiness issues. HubSpot coordinates the work where it fits. Your institution keeps authority over official decisions and records.

How institutions can evaluate Koro

Postsecondary specialization

Operating systems and readiness services designed around the work of postsecondary teams.

Written boundaries and ownership

Scope, system authority, responsibilities, fees, and handoff are confirmed before work begins.

See who owns the work

Core system and post-start extension

A core admissions system, with post-start records and reporting scoped when needed.

Admissions and post-start work have different owners, records, decisions, and reporting needs. Koro can connect the handoff without collapsing the boundary between them.

02Post-start records through reporting and improvement

Core system

A dependable path from inquiry to ready-to-start.

The Koro Admissions Operating System gives connected admissions work one current record, one owner, one next action, and visible exceptions. It covers capture, routing, follow-up, application, agreements, payment routing, pre-start readiness, SIS handoff, and standard operating reporting.

  • Protect inquiry demand before it disappears into unowned work.
  • Keep applications, signatures, payment status, and readiness distinct.
  • Give staff clear queues and leaders one standard operating view.
Fixed implementation

Implementation window
10 business days
Optional Admissions System Care
$499/month

Fixed-scope fit: one postsecondary institution, one HubSpot portal, one admissions team of up to 10 users, and one shared inquiry-to-ready-to-start path. The 10-business-day window begins after readiness is confirmed. More complex operations receive a separate written scope. Your institution retains every official decision and designated system of record.

Post-start extension

Keep post-start records, evidence, and reporting connected.

For institutions that need the operating path to continue after a student starts, Koro can separately scope a Compliance, Records & Reporting extension. It can connect post-start record ownership, evidence, exceptions, outcomes follow-up, and reporting preparation around the institution’s approved policies and designated systems.

  • Make record completeness and missing evidence visible.
  • Route exceptions and follow-up to a responsible owner.
  • Prepare recurring reports from defined data and documented review.

This extension is separate from the $4,999 Admissions Operating System implementation. It is a professional-service implementation, not standalone software, legal advice, compliance certification, or a replacement for the institution’s official records and decisions.

What connected work improves

Clearer work for staff. Better operating visibility for leaders.

The goal is not more software or more automation. It is to make the right work visible, owned, and easier to act on.

Protect generated demand

Make unowned inquiries, overdue work, incomplete steps, and stalled handoffs visible while the team can still act.

Return staff capacity

Reduce reconstruction, repeated document chasing, and manual status work with shared records, queues, and next actions.

Keep required work inspectable

Connect ownership, document status, exceptions, and evidence without replacing the institution’s policies or decisions.

Give leaders a usable view

Use agreed definitions to see progression, workload, readiness, exceptions, and reporting activity without treating activity as results.

BPPE readiness services

Find priority issues. Correct agreed findings. Verify closure.

Koro provides independent, remote readiness work for active California private postsecondary institutions approved to operate by BPPE. Start with a free website risk check or choose a fixed-scope audit of eligible current English-language public materials, current blank enrollment templates, or both.

  1. 01

    Audit

Identify, prioritize, and document findings within the selected scope.

  2. 02

    Correct

After audit, implement the agreed website, catalog, or blank-document corrections.

  3. 03

    Verify

Recheck the original findings and document whether each item closed.

Fixed-fee audits from $495

Founding School pricing is available through September 29, 2026, or for the first 10 signed engagements, whichever occurs first. We confirm availability before work begins.

Standard fixed-fee scope covers one institution code, location, and primary web domain where applicable, up to five programs, and no active enforcement matter. Fit is confirmed before work. Koro is independent. These services do not include student-record review, legal advice, compliance certification, or a guaranteed regulatory outcome.

Evidence and boundaries

Inspect the basis for the work.

Koro’s credibility should be verifiable. We separate current third-party listings, source-dated regulatory research, and prior professional experience completed before Koro.

The readiness method is grounded in current public BPPE materials and clearly states the limits of what Koro reviews.
