Choose the right starting point

Two channels.
Different jobs.

We start with how people find and choose your service. The platform follows that decision.

Google Ads

Meet an active search.

Reach people searching for a program or service you offer. Start with the searches, locations, and actions that matter to your business.

What we work on

Search campaigns, keyword and search-term review, ad copy, location targeting, budget management, and agreed conversion tracking.

A useful starting point when people already search for what you offer in your service area.

Meta Ads

Give interest a direction.

Introduce your offer on Facebook and Instagram. Test the message and creative, then give people a relevant way to inquire.

What we work on

Campaign setup, audience and placement choices, agreed creative variations, lead forms or landing-page destinations, and inquiry-quality review.

A useful starting point when a visual offer or explanation can help people understand why to take the next step.

The whole path matters

A click is only the beginning.

A relevant ad can still lose its value on a confusing page or in an unanswered inbox. We review the path together.

  1. The ad

A specific offer for a relevant audience.

  2. The destination

A page or form that continues the same promise.

  3. The follow-up

An inquiry delivered to someone who can act.

  4. The outcome

A recorded result that informs the next decision.

Decide what counts before spending. A form submission, a qualified inquiry, and an enrollment or booking are different outcomes. Agree the definitions, then use the data you can actually observe.

How the work runs

A focused start.
An ongoing discipline.

New campaigns or an account that needs attention. The work starts with a defined goal and continues with decisions you can follow.

  1. Define a useful inquiry.

Agree the offer, audience, service area, budget, and intended action. Review existing campaigns, the destination, and your team’s capacity to respond.

  2. Prepare and launch.

Build or improve the agreed campaigns. Confirm copy, creative, access, tracking, and lead delivery before launch. Identify any website or CRM work needed.

  3. Manage and learn.

Review spend, search terms or creative, conversion signals, and lead feedback. Adjust the campaign within the agreed budget and keep a record of what changed.

  4. Report the next decision.

Review monthly results with the limits made clear: spend, recorded inquiries, available lead-quality feedback, and what to test, improve, or stop next.

Relevant experience

Advertising decisions need context.

Before founding Koro Solutions, Brian Koro analyzed Google Ads spend and attributed revenue during an independent consulting engagement with Mission Career College. His work documented the attribution method and translated the findings into reporting for leadership.

That experience informs Koro’s approach: connect advertising data with the inquiry and follow-up process, and make the assumptions behind a result visible.

Questions and boundaries

Before you start.

The practical questions about fit, cost, scope, and measurement.

Do we need to advertise on both platforms?

No. We recommend a starting channel based on your offer, audience, service area, budget, and available creative. A focused campaign on one platform may be the right first step. A second channel should have a defined purpose and enough budget to evaluate it.

Can you improve campaigns we already run?

Yes. We can scope a review and improvement of existing campaigns. We first look at account access, goals, tracking, spend, destinations, and available results, then agree which changes Koro will manage.

What budget do we need?

There is no single useful minimum for every business. Search competition, geography, the offer, and the number of campaigns affect the budget needed to learn. We agree an initial media budget and review point before launch. Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms, separately from Koro’s fees.

Are landing pages, creative, and HubSpot included?

Your scope identifies the ad copy, creative variations, destination changes, and tracking included. New landing pages, photography, video production, and CRM implementation are separately scoped when needed. You do not need HubSpot to inquire. Connections to a CRM depend on your platform, subscription, consent setup, and available data.

How will we know whether it is working?

We agree a primary action and a definition of a useful inquiry before launch. Reporting distinguishes recorded conversions from qualified inquiries and later outcomes such as bookings or enrollments, where your team supplies that data. Platform attribution is an estimate; it does not by itself establish that an ad caused a sale. Results vary, and we do not guarantee lead volume, revenue, or return on ad spend.
