Website Design & Development

Make the next
step clear.

We plan, design, and build websites that explain what you offer and make it easy to inquire. For businesses and postsecondary institutions.

New websites. Redesigns. Focused improvements.

What we deliver

From first impression
to first inquiry.

We agree the work your website needs, then connect the content, design, and delivery around it.

Give every page a purpose.

A clear page structure, useful content, and consistent navigation help visitors understand your offer and find the right next step.

Make the experience work on mobile.

Design and development that carry your brand across screen sizes, with readable text, usable menus, and clear actions.

Connect the inquiry to your team.

Forms, booking paths, and agreed CRM connections give requests a destination. We define what information is captured and who follows up.

Prepare for launch and ownership.

Page titles, descriptions, agreed measurement, and checks of links, forms, and key journeys, followed by a documented handoff.

See the approach in practice

Start with
our own website.

Koro Solutions is a working example: a concise homepage, focused service pages, responsive layouts, and an inquiry path connected to HubSpot.

Clarity before detail.

The homepage helps visitors choose a direction. Each service page explains the work, boundaries, and next step.

A useful handoff.

The inquiry path carries the selected service into the request so the conversation starts with context.

How we work

Clear decisions.
A considered build.

Hands review printed desktop and mobile page layouts with a pencil.
  1. Define the work.

Agree the audience, goals, pages, content responsibilities, platform, fee, and schedule before the build begins.

  2. Build and review.

Review the structure and design, then the working pages. Content and revisions follow the agreed approval process.

  3. Test and hand over.

Check the included journeys, resolve launch issues, and confirm access, documentation, and responsibility for future updates.

A written scope before the build.

Pricing and timing depend on the pages, content, platform, revisions, and connections involved. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, responsibilities, fee, and schedule.

Domain, hosting, software, paid assets, and third-party costs are separate unless included in writing.

Questions and boundaries

Before we begin.

Practical questions about scope, platforms, and ownership.

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. We can scope a new website, a redesign, or focused improvements. We first review the current platform, content, and main visitor journey to establish what can be retained and what needs to change.

Do we need HubSpot?

No. The platform and connections depend on your requirements and how the site will be maintained. HubSpot can be included when it fits, with its setup and any integration work explicitly defined in the proposal.

Who supplies the content and owns the website?

The scope identifies who provides or drafts copy, images, and other content. You approve business claims and supply materials you have permission to use. We confirm domain, hosting, account access, ownership terms, third-party licenses, and handoff arrangements before work begins.

What about search visibility and accessibility?

We scope practical foundations such as page structure, titles, descriptions, image text, keyboard navigation, and form labels. Measurement, redirects, and further testing are agreed for the project. Search rankings, traffic, and inquiry volumes are not guaranteed. Formal accessibility assessment requires a separately agreed scope.

Is maintenance or BPPE review included?

The proposal states the post-launch support window and any ongoing maintenance. New pages, features, campaigns, and recurring work require an agreed scope. For postsecondary institutions, BPPE audits and regulatory correction work remain separate from the website build.
