A useful conversation starts with:
- Your institution website and current HubSpot subscription or evaluation status.
- The operating problem or decision that matters now.
- The timeline, dependencies, and people involved in the decision.
Booking a meeting does not commit you to paid work. Any client work begins only after scope, responsibilities, timing, and terms are agreed in writing.
Do not send passwords, access credentials, student or applicant records, payment information, government identification, health information, or other confidential, regulated, or sensitive data through the scheduler.
The conversation
Use the time to clarify the next move.
Frame the decision.
Identify what needs to change, what is blocking progress, and which context matters now.
Test the likely path.
Discuss readiness, material dependencies, and whether Koro is a sensible next step.
Leave with direction.
The next step may be internal preparation, further scoping, a Koro service, or no Koro engagement.
This first conversation does not include portal inspection, detailed mapping, configuration, migration planning, integration review, training, or a fixed project quote.
